The client's original o-ring sample had uneven de-flashing, thick parting lines, poor compression set, and high filler content leading to frequent failures.

We addressed the challenge by providing an advanced solution for their O-Ring requirements. Cryogenically deflashed o-rings by eliminating flashes and irregularities. Employed a fully automated manufacturing system, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and precision at every stage.he O-Rings boasted a consistent finish, meeting stringent quality standards and performance requirements by Utilizing 100% pure FKM (Fluoroelastomer) material exhibiting exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and wear.
03. Results
Harkesh Rubber O-Rings had no Parting lines as they were Cryogenically De-flashed and were Inspected in a Fully Automated Inspection System. These Flashless O-Rings gave ultimate sealing solutions to Customer resulting no Failure of Orings.
