The gestation period from\ninquiry to production is anywhere between 6 months to 2 years depending on the\nproduct, market & industry. The flow is, Inquiry \u2013 Quotation \u2013 Prototyping \u2013\nTesting \u2013 Pilot Order \u2013 Testing \u2013 Approval for production. The cycle repeats itself if\nat any point there is a failure in testing. But once the cycle is completed\nsuccessfully, it\u2019s like a marriage and our customers will continue to buy from us\nyear after year unless we are unable to meet the delivery or quality requirements. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

How do competitive products \/ service position themselves compared to yours?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

Globally, Diaphragms is one of our main product categories and forms almost 70%\nof our entire exports. This product has a unique manufacturing process and\ntherefore needs a high degree of expertise due to its nature of application.

\nWe don\u2019t have too many competitors in India for this product, however, globally,\nRPP Corporation, DIACOM, Marsh Bellofram, Ceetak, Effbe, Freudenberg our some\nof our competitors and we have been able to compete with them due to our highly\nengineered compounds, delivery and of course, price. In terms of quality, we\u2019ve\nbeen told our Diaphragms are as good if not better for possibly a 1\/3rd of the price.

\n\u2022 Then we have small precision customized parts which form the remaining of our\nexport revenues, here too once again we are competitive due to our low tool costs\ncoupled with expertise in achieving tight dimensional tolerances as well as our\nexperience in developing materials for extremely challenging applications.

\n\u2022 Since 2023 we have been focusing on Large Sized parts keeping with the trend of\ndifferentiating ourselves from standard rubber manufacturers. This will be a big\nfocus product group moving forward. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n
